Feoffees appointed to the Market Harborough and The Bowdens Charity automatically become Trustees of the Town Lands (Great Bowden) Charity.

Feoffees convene a full meeting of the Charity at approximately two monthly intervals, and once a year meet to appoint a Chairman and a Vice-Chairman. The current Chairman is Mr O. de Rousset-Hall, the current Vice-Chairman is Mr R. Burdon. A full list of Feoffees is available upon request.

Each committee meets every two months, and reports directly to the full meeting of the Charity.

The day-to-day administration of Charity business is undertaken by the Charity’s Steward, Mr J. Jacobs. The Charity is administered from the Charity Office, at 149 St Mary's Road, Market Harborough.
