Dementia UK is delighted to have the support of the Market Harborough and the Bowdens Charity for our Market Harborough Admiral Nurse Clinics service. The service, which launched in October 2023 and is available every fortnight from Market Harborough Medical Centre and Two Shires Surgery, supports families in Market Harborough who are struggling with the impact of dementia. It helps them receive the best possible care from our dementia specialist Admiral Nurses, to support them through the complexities of caring for a loved one with dementia.
